Dear officer, my passport is EJ8734554, it has been over 2 months for my application stopping at 35%, which I believe has been out of the timeframe for this stage. Could you please help me to check this out? Thank you!

  Please be advised that your documents is pending at the Immigration Department for VAL approval. We understand that the process has taken a longer timeframe than usual. We will look into this matter.

Do Sarawak student pass directly go to Immigration by institute or need EMGS to submit? Thank you @emgs

  Hi Aaron,
  
  For institutes within Kuching, the passports are submitted to EMGS for student pass endorsement. However, for all other institutes outside of Kuching, the institutes will submit the students’ passports to the Immigration Department directly for the endorsement of the student passes.
