Good day.
I would like to kindly follow up on my passport submission. It has been nearly 20 days since I submitted it on 26 March, but the status remains at 90%.

Hi,
Your institution opted to obtain the Student Pass directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was not submitted to EMGS. We advise that you liaise with your institution directly for further assistance on the status of your passport.
