Good morning. My student record was created on 4 June but it’s still 0% until now. My friend’s was created on 10 June but the progress has already reached 20%. May I know why this happened? View

If the application status is displaying 0%, it means we are yet to receive the application documents and payment. Kindly liaise with your institution and request that they submit the documents and payment. This will enable us to initiate the processing of the application.
