Dear EMGS,
My visa application has been blocked at 15% for several days. Do you know why? Is there a problem with the documents? I’m leaving in a very short time. My passport number is 22DC52754. Thank you in advance for your reply.

Kindly send the documents to additionaldoc(@)emgs.com.my. Please make sure the documents are sent from the same email address that you used to create the application.
