Hi Tiam,
The LOE submitted via the case number you referred to belongs to another student. The Embassy mentioned your name in the email, however, the LOE belongs to another student. Kindly liaise with your institute to request the Embassy to submit the LOE.

Hi Tiam,
Only the Iranian Embassy can submit the LOE to us. Kindly check with the Embassy if they submitted the LOE to EMGS. Drop an email at enquiry(at)emgs.com.my with the details of the submission. This will enable us to check on the status of the LOE.

I previously sent two of the requested documents and attempted to send the remaining two. However, I’m encountering an issue again as the email system says the file size is too large.

You can send the documents to your institute and request that they submit the additional documents to EMGS on your behalf.
