I was notified that my VAL has been approved since two days. But it is still 38%. And my approval isn’t ready for download yet. I am in a hurry, in order to travel to Malaysia as soon as possible, for February intake. What should I do?

  Hello, normally it take 1-3 days for the VAL to be ready to download. Do wait patiently and if after three days you still can’t download it then contact emgs support through email. Good luck in your study.

  I have the same problem. Maybe because they won’t count Saturday and Sunday as working days
