Dear EMGS officers, my Visa process is stuck at 15, however I already change my reference letter, but it still stuck. Is there anything that I can do to make the process more faster ? Because my Visa should be finish before 2 February.

  We have submitted your application to the Immigration Department. The VAL approval process takes approximately 7-10 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
