Hello, I am traveling tomorrow and still couldn’t create the digital id due to the problem of selfie and the app showing no match found. Please help me with this. Because my flight is tomorrow and will there be any problem if I fly without the digital id? View

We will advise you to uninstall the EMGS app from your phone. Alternatively, clear the application cache on your phone. You can do this through the application settings in your phone’s application manager. Hi,I had same thing. You need to look at your passport foto and when you take photo you must look exactly same same hairstyle and face look.Then should work and look straight into camera.

Hi, try to reinstall the app. Then try to do the verification. And then you are highly recommended to fill in the pre-entry checklist (idk is this mandatory or not). If you have another problem with the pre-entry checklist. Call the emgs one stop centre (9am to 6pm MYT) and they will assist you quickly. I hope this helps. 🙂
