Hello officer, I’m an international student. The passport No. is E77280218, the application number is #########. my EMGS progress is 100%, which shows
“Student pass issued by immigration ”for over a week. When can I get my passport?

  Your institution opted to obtain the Student Pass directly at the state Immigration Department. As such, your passport was not submitted to EMGS. We advise that you liaise with your institution directly for further assistance on the status of your passport.

Dear Mr/Mrs:
My name is Yao Liuchi. I have submitted the documents needed for visa renewal. My passport number is E77280218 and my application number is #########.
I’m sorry to bother you but it has been quite a long time since my documents were submitted, the emgs progress is still 20%. Could you please help me with that? Thanks a lot.
