Dear officer . I am Libyan student at UM . MY RENWAL visa application stop at 80% and I need it as soon as possible. Please help me .

  Hi,
  
  Please be informed that we received your passport on the 30th of June. The endorsement process takes approximately 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department. We will notify your institution once the Passport is ready for collection.
