Hi Sindhu,
The insurance card will be prepared after your Student Pass has been endorsed. You can collect the card from your institution directly as the card will be sent to or collected by them.

Kindly be informed that if your student pass is still valid, the institution is required to do the transfer of student pass from old to new passport. As such, kindly refer to the institution for further assistance regarding this matter.
