The entry and VAL issuance for new students is on hold until further notice. We are yet to receive any update from the Immigration Department with regard to the entry for new students. Please be informed that the Immigration Department for the issuance of the VAL. However, at present, the Immigration Department is not issuing VALs to new international students who are outside Malaysia. We will only be able to advise once we receive further instructions from the Immigration Department.
