    @shayan1 The VAL cancellation has to be done through your respective institution. Kindly liaise with the institution and request that they submit the VAL cancellation application. The approval to cancel the VAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.

    Hi @shayan1,

    Kindly be informed that the eVAL is valid for 6 months. As such, the student is required to enter Malaysia with a valid eVAL and SEV. In the event an eVAL has expired, the institution or student will be required to apply a new application and obtain a new eVAL.
