Same thing happened to me (i’m going to IUMW) my semester actually start on september 18th but i haven’t got my VAL approved until yesterday, I contacted the uni and they said that I can still join the September intake but I have to work harder to catch up with the others. I think you should ask UPM though, because every uni has their own rules😊

There are only one intake in UPM in September they cancel the Feb intake 4 year ago for degree students

Why u get rejected? And btw u can ask ur uni to appeal directly

everything will be fine.. maybe it will be little late but no probelm you can registation after 1 month

It is recommended that visit the embassy / consulate to that you had selected while applying for VAL by EMGS portal. It should be Karachi or Islamabad.

You just go to Malaysia with SEV, then next step is to submit your passport to international office at your uni. That’s it. No need to worry.

get the SEV and then go to malaysia, submit your passport to the international student center at your uni, the process will be 100% when you get the student pass on your passport. No need to be worry, you don’t have any problems as long as you get the VAL already

I can suggest u the best agency of Bangladesh if you want.
I also proceeded my papers by them. They are best in Bangladesh for this work.

Is it mandatory for submitting SEV with the help of agency?

after it becomes 70% it will be ready for collection. And then your institution will collect it and send it to you. After that you need to go to the nearest embassy or agency along with VAL to get a visa to enter into Malaysia.

actually when it reaches 60% it means that it is ready for collection and when it reaches 70% it means that ur uni has collected it and will send it to u

Hello! Yes, I had to submit my original VAL letter and since I did everything on my own, I tried submitting VAL to the Malaysian Embassy but they refused to accept it without agency.So I had to do that.
