Kindly be informed that EMGS no longer process the Approval Letter From Immigration Director General. As such, you may proceed to apply the eVISA application without that document and submit a copy of your eVAL to process your eVISA application.

Please note that there is no specific timeframe for the VAL correction process as the approval rests solely at the discretion of Immigration.
