Hi Shahrukh,
Our operating hours are 9AM – 6PM (MY time) Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Have a nice day.

The yellow notification means that pending. It is your document can’t be processed by emgs because of the lack of your document. So, you should send 3 documents to EMGS again.
Hi Shahrukh,
The mentioned documents are required after you have arrived in Malaysia. Kindly ignore the notifications for now. You can liaise with your institution directly upon arrival for more details on this.
Have a nice day.
Perfect Thankyou EMGS officers 🙂
