    I’ve submitted my passport on 19Febraury but it still stuck on 80% and I have to go back to my country. Can you please guide me what should I do.

    However I have got my special pass on it.

    My visa was expiring on 26 February.

      The processing of all applications is currently suspended due to the MCO. We will resume processing after the MCO has been lifted. Kindly refer to your institution for further assistance.

    Hello
    My case is 80% since three weeks and student pass is expiring on 15 april. So when will i get my passport back? Lockdown might continue after 14 April.

    Dear EMGS, is it true that international students are banned for returning back to their country during this movement control period?

      Kindly refer directly to the Immigration Department for further details with regard to travelling outside of Malaysia during the movement control order period.

    I DEAR EMGS TEAM!
    I hade come to UIAM but becuase of some problems properly family problems i get application for leave of absence and came back to afghanistan so now what should i do?, should i apply for new VAL or ……? Need your directions thanks.

      First of all, you should have left Malaysia by a checkout memo in order to leave properly and guarantee that you could re-enter Malaysia if you reapply for VAL. If this was not the case, then it is not guaranteed to get acceptance for new VAL. If you done so, then yes, you should reapply for new visa application. Good luck!

        Yeah and btw if you will reapply then you should contact you institution to cancel this application or there will be delays

      The VAL is valid for one-time use only. Since you already used the VAL to enter Malaysia and left without endorsing the Student Pass, you are required to apply for a new VAL.
