Dear EMGS Support Team,

I submitted my Single Entry Visa (SEV) document for the pre-entry checklist on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, and it is still pending verification.

Could you please let me know how long the verification process typically takes, and when I can expect an update so that I can book my flights?
