My dependent ‘s status still showing old status though my university submitted all documents few days before. Passport numbers are as below. Can u pls let me know when it will be updated?

Good afternoon. My family came with evisa. I applied for their dependent pass with all required documents. Is their any difficulties to convert e visa to dependent pass?
