Please be informed that I sent to you account the renewal fees for my visa via western union the amount suppose to be in your bank account on Monday. I have already provided my University with a copy of transfer notification. Can you please advise what next-

If your Student Pass application has already been created and the documents uploaded in our system, then your institution is required to submit the proof of payment to us for verification. We will verify the payment and upon approval, we will initiate the processing of your Student Pass renewal application.

Dear respected. I tried to send a western union to you account at Maybank
It requested me the BIC in addition to bank account.
I’m trying to renew my Visa.

@EMGS officer, I am currently in Jordan and my student visa is only valid till first of April, as now there is restrictions on traveling to Malaysia how would I renew my visa?

My friend by mistake fill the medical declaration with wrong answer. She is medically free, but she unfortunately didn’t understand the question. How can she modify that-

1. Do I have to apply for visa from zero
2. I already spent 6 month of residency, are they to calculated or I have to apply from beginning.-

If the application is yet to be created, we advise that you follow-up with your respective institution and request that they create the Student Pass renewal application for you.
