As of today, 16 October 2025, the application has remained at this stage for about 86 calendar days (around 60 working days) without progress.

I have lived in Malaysia for several years with valid residence permits, where my home and my children’s schools are located.
Due to the visa process, I had to temporarily travel to Indonesia, but my Indonesian visa will expire on 16 November 2025.
Returning to Syria is unfortunately not possible for us due to safety concerns, and travel back and forth would be extremely costly and difficult.

I kindly request your kind assistance in following up with the Immigration Department regarding the delay, or informing me if any additional documents or clarification are needed from my side.
