Hey! Mine took about a whole week to get from 30 to 35%!

No they don’t, only their help email/ enquiries work.. but not processing applications and other officers

Yea that should make them quicken up things but when I contacted them they said they send it vai courier so that’s why it took too much time

My application was stuck at yellow for 20 days even though I sent the required documents on day 1. They are lazy

You gotta send them email reminders if u want them to hurry lol. I’m at 35% and I don’t think I’m gonna have it soon, since Eid holiday is coming.
