My student pass expired yesterday 5-May24.
I had submitted student pass renew application along with passport on 8-April 24.
Later on 25th April an application for special pass also submitted.Status still 80%. Am I staying illegaly now?

I am an Indian. Y9897638.My current student pass will expire on 5 May 2024.

Hello Sir/madam,
I had submitted my passports along with the application on 8th April itself. But the status is showing 24th April. Hope I will be receiving my passports on or before 14th April. Otherwise I will be in trouble. If you can do something to speed up the process please help me.

We received the supporting documents from the institute. We will proceed to escalate the documents to the Immigration Department for their perusal. The approval to endorse the student pass is solely at their discretion.
