They have different processes from private unis so the percentage moves to 80% before you come into Malaysia. Nothing to worry about, just wait for your VAL and come in to Malaysia after you get SEV from the Malaysian Embassy (if you need it)

It’s required for your University. So go and do the IELTS like the Uni asked. Submit to IIUM as soon as you get the results.
