Same here and i think they’re delaying the eval of postgraduate students(research)… mine turned 35% green since 02/02/2021 and yet to recieve my eval approval

Please be informed that your application was submitted to the Immigration Department for the issuance of the VAL. However, at present, new international students are not allowed entry into Malaysia until further notice.
