Please be informed that your application was submitted to the Immigration Department for the issuance of the VAL. However, at present, new international students are not allowed entry into Malaysia until further notice. We are currently waiting for confirmation from the Immigration Department with regard to the issuance of the VALs for new international students who are outside Malaysia. The application will be processed further once the Immigration Department confirms the process of issuing VALs to new international students. kindly note that the approval to issue the VAL is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
