Dear Officer,
This is SunHaonan from China, passport number EC0993392, one student in UM, I plan to arrived Malaysia this month, but I lost my Eval letter and I cannot download it from the website, so I cannot apply for evisa. Could you check the number for me please?

The Immigration Department Offices are open from Monday to Friday. However, this excludes public holidays.

I guess I have read it somewhere that if you apply for eVAL then you would have got within 48 hours.

Hi, Sun Haonan. As per check, your application has been closed since 25 January 2023 due to non-submission of documents after 90 days. Therefore, there was no issuance of a new eVAL to you. You may liaise with the institution for further clarification. Have a good day.
