Your VAL is approved. Everything which is pending is supposed to happen AFTER you come to Malaysia.
So download your eVAL, get your SEV, and come to Malaysia -
Bro i want to ask u a question about your app especially about one of the parts of your record in which it is shown that your academic results case has been opened before.so,i want to know more about it.

You will be able to download the VAL within 1 to 3 days. Then you have to apply for single entry visa to the malaysian embassy in your country

It means your VAL is ready for download

It is 32 % now and status is “We are in the process of submitting your application to the Immigration Department of Malaysia for approval”.

It will be 35% after a day and it’ll be approved when it reaches 38% and that depends on lucky mine takes 5 working days and other people takes 7 working days or more than that but be rest assured that after it reaches 38 you’ll be able to download it after a day or two
