You should contact the university and ask them to issue another offer letter with the condition of language requirement

i’ve got this problem too. then, i contact my university to send EMGS my toefl score report. if u met the english requirement, u dont need to have conditional offer letter. just university can solve this problem, bcs emgs only receive the document from them in this case

You should solve the issue with the university as it’s their fault, and file a complain if not solved to higher education if possible.

U applied really late its gonna take time to reach up to 70% if it doesnt then u got lucky

From 10 to 15 then 35 at once then 70 at once.
It basde on where r u from i rhink.
A guy from China got it less than month.
A pakistani like me too 5 month till i got my Eval.
