As advised, it recommended the Institution representative be at the airport upon the student’s arrival. Kindly contact the institution pertaining to this matter.

١- قدم على الفيزة مباشرة اذ ان الامر متاح لك ومدة الفيزة ٣ اشهر تسافر وقت ما تبغى.
٢-اذا وصلت هنا عليك تكملة الاجراءات وهي:
أ- الفحص الطبي
ب- التسجيل في التأمين الطبي
ج- تسليم جواز السفر لدى مكتب الجوازات في الجامعة عشان يحطو لك الفيزا على شكل استكر للمدة الي دفعت دراهما.

Hello there, anyone can help:
12 days ago it was mentioned in my application progress history at the EMGS that the issuance of my VAL is entirely at the discretion of the Immigration Department and it will take approximately 7-10 working days from 20/01/2023 for the application to progress to the next stage.

Since you’ve seen this in UKMShape website, ig you should ask UKM officials about it as the declaration is their requirement, not EMGS’s.

For EMGS, declaration of accommodation is no longer a part of the requirement for the visa application. Kindly refer to the Institution for further clarification on this matter.
