  Hi, Quan Yiyi.
  To view the tax invoice, please log in to your EMGS account. You will be directed to ‘My Dashboard’. Please find your application number and click on ‘View Application’. Then, you will be able to view the Tax Invoice.

The progress of my visa application has stopped at 5% for a month now. I want to know if there is any problem with my application. If you could help me, I would be very appreciated.

  Kindly be informed that the application is currently on hold, pending approval from your institution. Kindly liaise with your institution and request that they approve the application. This will enable us to initiate the processing of the application.
