Progress for VISA still stuck at 30%. For almost an entire month. Please give me feedback as to why this is the case.

  Kindly be informed that as per checking, we require the institution to submit the additional document to EMGS. Kindly refer to the institution for further assistance regarding this matter.

    Yes the additional document required is “copy of the special pass”. I applied for the special pass on January 23rd 2024. It’s almost reaching a month and according to my institution the special pass is still not yet ready. Please I need you guys speed up the process so that the VISA process can progress. Thank you!
