Dear Sir or Madam
My progress is 80%, but it shows that the passport has not been submitted to emgs. My agency said that because of the special visa is being posted, they handed in my passport late. But nothing changed in 40 days. I am worried, when will my student visa be ready?

Your passport is currently in progress with the Immigration Department for the Special Pass endorsement. Once the Special Pas has been endorsed, your institution will collect the passport and resubmit it for the Student Pass endorsement.
