Kindly liaise with the eVisa Contact Centre Team for further assistance on this. If the issue cannot be resolved, we advise that you proceed to the Malaysian Embassy directly in order to apply for the SEV.

Thanks for the update. Can I go Malaysian embassy in Dhaka directly? Because on their website they have said no direct submission, have to go their authorized agency. So can you please make me sure can I go there directly?
