Dear EMGS,
My application status is in 35%. This is now in immigration Malaysia since 30/09, i would like to know how can I contact with them because i need my VAL already. I wouldn’t like to miss my class 🙁

Hi Paz,
Your application was submitted to the Immigration Department on the 30th of August. The VAL approval process takes 7 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
