Hello. I am currently in malaysia ony dependant pass. I have applied for my student visa for further studies. Just wanted to know during RMCO my visa can be converted easily? Or are there any other formalities which I have to go through? Do I have to exit and come back? I am an expat between. Thanks. View

Hi Palwashe,
You are required to shorten the current visa, prior to the submission of your new application. Kindly check with the Immigration Department directly if you are required to exit Malaysia.
