Contact your university, they should give you your Val, then you should obtain sev if you need one, and go to Malaysia to complete the remaining steps

Contact your University, they can get your VAL posted through DHL. Alternatively you can aothorize someone to collect it on your behalf and get it posted to you

I hope I knew this from before 😑 university sent val by asiaxpress , I hv no idea when I will get it..my sev is ready im just waiting for original val 😥

70% not 100%. When it gets to 70% you can obtain SEV from. A Malaysian embassy an then go to Malaysia. That usually takes 3-4 weeks.

I think 70% will be enough , it takes about 6 weeks , may be earlier
