I’m paying my apartment rent from last month 1000rm for nothing this immigration so annoying

Reason was : Full Pages of Passport .

But in Appeal i submitted my Full Pages Passport Submit.
My University Own My Behalf Appealed for VAL.
What about you ?-
Why do they delay approval after appeal ??

Passport not having 18 months

Yes and my university appealed. 26th of October it became 50%

I have no idea. I have emailed them and they told me to wait and they don’t have time frame for approving appeals. I’m trying to know if anyone got approved after rejection and how long it took. I left my work and I can’t be at home for this much

I am since 15/11/2017 I have reached 50% and so far there is no reply I am late because my exams will start on 13/12/2017 but I do not know what to do I’m very sad

What exam?
The sad thing that we don’t know when we will get it. I don’t mind telling me even after 3 months, I will go back to my work. But this is just unbelievable and unprofessional-
I am a master student in Semester I and they told me I have to leave Malaysia and renew my passport and I returned to my country and renewed my passport and presented it to them after they refused and did not give me approval and after finding out why Jamjati presented them with an objection and appeal and to today there is no approval of them

No , I’m already trying to look for other options this is taking way too long and it have no guarantee at all.

I’ve sent emails here and there but it’s always the same, they can’t predict when it’ll be done.

Hello,No one cannot tell you why.Because the Val rejection letters only send to your university by the Malaysian Immigration.
So you have to e-mail to your university.They will help you.

He is not asking for rejection reason he want to know why immigration taking so long and I also really don’t know why it’s too late anyway it’s very annoying I called EMGS many times and they can’t do anything too so all we can do is wait and wait that’s it

In my opinion Rejections are final only if your documents are doubtful or serious Medical issue. Otherwise there are lot of reasons e.g.
1. Passport is Expiry is less than 18 Months.
2. Not submitted the complete passport( my reason was this).
3. Need some verification on Academic documents like attestation. Etc -
I went back to my country and passport renewed all the documents and complete the passport with all the pages?

I changed the university from UPM to UKM but I never got up in UPM and moved to UKM I lasted a whole month after they told me I can not give you a VDR I have to renew the passport I went back to my country and worked renewing my passport

Did you applied for VAL previously for UPM? If you didnt then I thinking Chaning Institute do not matter. Otherwise Immigration need release letter from previous uni.

I brought them a of withdrawal letter and a of release letter and submitted it to them. But I don’t know why I was rejected!!!

Did you pay fee to your Institute? I suppose it depends on your Institute how quickly they forward your documents and fee.

Bro ask your university about the reason and how to apeal through Email. If they say you have to Upload /Correct some documents , you have to do it and mail it to your university.They will submit it to immigration.If everything is okay u will get VAL insha allah !!!
