Full passport pages not submitted and I’m from Pakistan my appeal still I’m progress almost 1 month no news

I’m from Pakistan and VAL applied for Ph.D & my intake in Feb at UTM KL campus. Unfortunately, mine (VAL Rejection) reason is also same. Full Passport Pages not submitted
