Hello EMGS, I just got my eVAL approved on 20th July, 2025. The minimum duration for my PhD study is 2.5years and maximum is 5years, but the approved duration on the eVal is 24months. Kindly, enlighten me if this duration is in order and can be extended much later?

Kindly be informed that the approved duration is solely at the discretion of Immigration. Kindly note, if your student visa has expired, the institution may apply for the renewal of your student visa.
Kindly note, you are required to liaise with the Malaysia High Commission, Nigeria to apply for SEV.
