My new application is still stuck at 15%
I was wondering if you’re operating during this Eid holiday

Dear officer
My name is Nazar, I’m a Phd student
Passport number: P06741808
My passport was submitted to the immigration department on 23/4/2024 (more than 14 working days) for visa renewal but still shooed 80%

Could you please advise as I have to go back to my home country
