Unfortunately, at this stage of the application, we are unable to expedite the process as it is still within the processing agreement. The VAL approval is at the sole discretion of the Immigration Department of Malaysia.

I’m from Philippines and just like Indonesia, we are not required visa for entry. However, it says on EMGS website and even on eVal that SEV is still required. And when I landed Malaysia, the immigration officer was confused and asked me why I applied for SEV because SEA countries don’t need one. So there, some rules are uncoordinated.
