Good day officer! My passport number is P7795579A. I recently had a problem with my phone and the EMGS app was deleted but now it’s already reinstalled. But now I can no longer see my iKad and insurance cards. I am kindly asking for your help about this matter. Thank you!

Please be informed that your application has been submitted to Immigration for student approval. Kindly allow Immigration some time to process your application. Once we receive any update we will notify the institution accordingly.

We have the same concern, 90% and badly needed to open a bank account. But at this point, EMGS no longer has the control and is now solely up to the immigration’s department. We just have to wait.

I need to open a bank account for my scholarship and I also need to go back to my country for the national election. Hoping for your response. Thank you!

Once your documents are submitted in the immigration office, EMGS no longer have control over the pace of your application. It’s a waiting game once your documents are already in the immigration.

I’m from Philippines and just like Indonesia, we are not required visa for entry. However, it says on EMGS website and even on eVal that SEV is still required. And when I landed Malaysia, the immigration officer was confused and asked me why I applied for SEV because SEA countries don’t need one. So there, some rules are uncoordinated.
