It will take forever!!!
They say the Immigration Department will take 10 business days, but there are people who have been waiting for 6 weeks plus

It can be anywhere between 2 business days and forever!!! Immigration Department is closed and they are “working” from home. And the bad thing is nobody gives a proper answer.

They say 7 to 10 business days, but my wife’s VAL has not yet been issued after 2 business weeks. However, I got mine within 2 working days.

Has anyone from HELP University received their VAL? I got mine within 2 working days (admission from Sunway University), but my wife is yet to receive hers. I wonder if the Immigration Department issues visas uni by uni

Dear EMGS,
My application status is at 32%, stating that you are “in the process of submitting” my documents to the Immigration Department. Does this mean that they have not yet received my docs? It has been 20 days since my application reached 32%.
