Hi Nasir,
We advise that you liaise with your institution and request that they approve the application. However, kindly note that the Immigration Department is currently not issuing any visa approval letters (VAL) for new students. You will only be able to enter Malaysia after obtaining the VAL and Single Entry Visa (SEV).

Hi Muhammad,
It takes 14 working days to obtain the Visa Approval Letter (eVAL) starting from the day your documents are received and the payment is invoiced in the EMGS system. However, please note that the process may be delayed if there are discrepancies with your documents.
