Dear EMGS officer,

I would like to know if my baby 3 years and husband can accompany me on tourist visa and extend it if required, until her dependent pass is processed.

  Kindly be informed that the dependent application can be applied once the student pass has been issued. Therefore, it is recommended for the dependent to enter Malaysia after the principal receive the student visa to avoid dependent being overstayed. Dear EMGS Officer,

I have tried to enter my password multiple times but it says it is incorrect. Therefore i tried to reset by using my recovering email. Unfortunately i do not get a recovery email. Kindly can i get help on what needs to be done further.
