Because the student pass hasn’t been taken back to ur school and when it reaches out your hand, the information would be altered accordingly from female to male, or likewise.

I got not recorded when I apply for digital Id .Is there any steps before that?

You are required to key-in your Passport number and select your nationality in order to retrieve your application record.
