Hi Muhammed Abhar,
The processing of a VAL application takes 14 working days. However, the approval is solely at the discretion of the Immigration Department.
Have a nice day.

It still takes 14 working days with emgs once it receives the application and payment from your university. Typically, a university sends the document and payment in 4-6 working days.
