My visa application is stuck on 80% since 10th.can I know when will I be getting my passport from emgs. Regards Muhammad Shah Zain Khan.

  We are glad to assist you. However, we require your passport number to retrieve your application details. Therefore, kindly provide us with your passport number by emailing us at enquiry(at)emgs.com.my. This will enable us to retrieve your application details and advise you accordingly.

Hi EMGS officer I need to go back by 30 may 2019 but my visa renewal is stuck on 80% from 19 April 2019. Please help me with getting my passport. Soon.
