I repeated the same trick more than 5 times. Also, I cleaned caches and memories before clean reinstall. App has problem. Better to tell us about updating required information by web browser. I checked on web browser version of this app but there is no such link of checklist or other required information.

Hi guys, Alhamdulillah my pre-entry checklist is complete now. What i did is simply call the emgs one stop centre (9 am to 6 pm MYT) and told them my situation and they verified mine after the call. Hope this helps 🙂

I’m from Philippines and just like Indonesia, we are not required visa for entry. However, it says on EMGS website and even on eVal that SEV is still required. And when I landed Malaysia, the immigration officer was confused and asked me why I applied for SEV because SEA countries don’t need one. So there, some rules are uncoordinated.
